MogSport was founded in January 2001 by Chas Windridge, who for the previous 27 years had been a Veterinary Surgeon specialising in horses and farm animals.

An involvement with Classic Cars since University days grew into a passion in the early 80’s with a first dip into motor racing with a self prepared A. H. Frogeye Sprite.

An Austin Healy 100M and 3000, Lotus Elan, early 911 (all self built and prepared) followed until he saw the light and bought his first Morgan - the TRACO lightweight Plus 8!! Two 4/4’s, a 1956 Plus 4, Moss Box Plus 8 and ground up build of the Morgan Tomcat Turbo 4/4 racer followed. As well as outright & class wins in these cars, Chas was Morgan Motor Company Challenge Race Champion in 1989 & 1990.

Obviously by virtue of its name, Mogsport has a core business building, race preparing and running Morgan competitive cars for various categories and classes. However, we welcome ALL MORGANS from early Plus 4’s to the latest + 8’s for servicing, repairs, rebuilds, insurance work, as well as offering race proven performance upgrades to suspension, brakes, engines, gearboxes, etc.
